## Knowledge that maintains itself.

Karpathy’s LLM-wiki pattern, built for a company. Seven AI operations keep it alive: ingest a source, query it back with citations, and lint it for rot, all from your own verified pages.

- **Index-first answers.** Full-text search narrows to the right pages; the AI synthesises an answer and cites each one as a [[wikilink]].
- **eslint, for knowledge.** A daily scan flags orphans, dead links, stale claims, gaps and unfiled pages: cheap SQL, no AI cost.
- **Every source is immutable.** Imported sources are write-once and hash-checked, so a claim can always be traced to where it came from.

## Obsidian-grade, and the AI can walk it.

Every [[link]] is resolved by one shared engine: for rendering, for linting, and for the AI. A local and a global graph view make your whole company browsable.

- **Structure-only traversal.** The AI sees slugs, titles and edges to build multi-hop context: never page bodies, never secrets.
- **Bring your own vault.** Import a real Obsidian folder; lodos becomes the primary editor and exports back to plain markdown anytime.

Twenty-four procedures ship in the box: weekly metrics, refunds, ADRs, post-mortems, spec writing, security review, office hours. Write your own, and a fail-closed scanner checks it before it can ever be saved.

- **Instruction-only, always.** A skill orchestrates tools; it can’t run code or hold a secret. The host enforces its allowed-tools list. Escalation is impossible.
- **An open standard, extended.** lodos skills are a wire-compatible superset of the Agent Skills standard, so the ecosystem stays reachable.

Every secret is encrypted on your device before it ever hits disk. No custom crypto: just audited, standard primitives, with per-section keys and a tamper-evident audit chain.

- **Two stores, one wall.** Secrets live end-to-end encrypted; your queryable business data lives beside them, and the AI only ever references, never reads.
- **Recover without us.** A 160-bit recovery key is generated on your device and never stored by us. Your keys are yours to keep.
